Test Bed Services & Proof Loading

Key Testing Capabilities

  • Proof Testing & Break Testing: Verifying the strength of slings, cables, hooks, chains, ropes, and rigging hardware under controlled conditions.
  • Breaking Strength (Minimum Break Load – MBL): Determining the maximum force a component can withstand before failure.
  • Working Load Limit (WLL): Establishing the maximum safe working load for equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. ⚠ Never exceed the WLL. Published breaking strengths are determined under controlled laboratory conditions and do not indicate safe working loads in practical applications.
