1.2 Payment Terms: All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.3 Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
2. Product Availability & Custom Orders
2.1 Stock & Lead Times: While we strive to maintain a large inventory, product availability may vary. Lead times for custom or special orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2.2 Custom Orders: Custom-fabricated or special-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Shipping Policy: We ship across North America. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
3.2 Shipping Liability: Northwest Tidal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Damaged or Missing Items: Any shipping-related issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order.
4. Returns & Warranty
4.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4.2 Warranty: Certain items may include manufacturer warranties, which will be detailed in product descriptions.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Safety & Liability
5.1 Proper Use: Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
5.2 Limited Liability: Northwest Tidal is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
